Dave Gladue is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He started his career as an apprentice electrician. He worked through the ranks to become the Chief Operating Officer of one of the leading electrical contracting companies in the Metro Detroit Area. Dave is known for his exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic vision, which have helped the company achieve significant growth and success.
As the COO, Dave oversees all aspects of the company's operations, including project management, financial planning, and business development. He is responsible for ensuring the company delivers high-quality services to its clients while maintaining a strong focus on safety and sustainability. Dave is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies, and he works closely with his team to develop innovative solutions that meet the market's evolving needs.

Kevin Masters has been a Superintendent since January 2008. Kevin started his journey in electrical working at a residential contractor working with remodels and new construction. From there, Kevin has worked with industrial controls, fiber communications, power plant installation, insurance repairs, and schools. Kevin has been with the Power Solutions Team since 2011 and began managing and running job sites shortly thereafter. Kevin is now one of our certified NCCER instructors teaching our electrical program to the new apprentices.
Kevin enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, riding motorcycles, and driving the side-by-side with his family.
Lisa Plum is responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of Power Solutions as the company’s Controller. She manages financial reports and ensures compliance with financial regulations.
She brings several years of experience and works closely with other departments within Power Solutions to collaborate on the best financial position for the company’s decision-making.
She has developed strong relationships with investors and financial institutions. She is a key team member and continues to seek opportunities to advance her experience in financial management and leadership.
As the Vice President of Electrical Construction in the vibrant market of Florida, Ryan Pogozalski brings a unique blend of business acumen and leadership honed over 25 years of experience. Beginning with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tiffin University, where Ryan excelled both academically and as the captain of the baseball team, he’s always thrived in roles that demand strategic thinking and effective team management.
Throughout his career, Ryan has been instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with both vendors and clients, fostering growth, and ensuring long-term sustainability. His passion lies in identifying opportunities in new markets and spearheading initiatives that drive revenue and expand Power Solutions’ presence.
