Dave Gladue is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He started his career as an apprentice electrician. He worked through the ranks to become the Chief Operating Officer of one of the leading electrical contracting companies in the Metro Detroit Area. Dave is known for his exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic vision, which have helped the company achieve significant growth and success.
As the COO, Dave oversees all aspects of the company's operations, including project management, financial planning, and business development. He is responsible for ensuring the company delivers high-quality services to its clients while maintaining a strong focus on safety and sustainability. Dave is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies, and he works closely with his team to develop innovative solutions that meet the market's evolving needs.

Kevin Masters has been a Superintendent since January 2008. Kevin started his journey in electrical working at a residential contractor working with remodels and new construction. From there, Kevin has worked with industrial controls, fiber communications, power plant installation, insurance repairs, and schools. Kevin has been with the Power Solutions Team since 2011 and began managing and running job sites shortly thereafter. Kevin is now one of our certified NCCER instructors teaching our electrical program to the new apprentices.
Kevin enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, riding motorcycles, and driving the side-by-side with his family.
Wanda Peyerk brings nearly three decades of financial leadership and industry expertise to her role as Chief Financial Officer. She began her career in 1996 and has since built a reputation for steady, strategic financial management paired with a deep understanding of operational growth.
Throughout her career, Wanda has played a key role in scaling organizations, most notably helping grow a previous company from $11 million to $130 million in revenue. Her experience spans financial strategy, forecasting, controls, and long-term planning—always with a focus on sustainable growth and smart decision-making.
Born and raised in Michigan, Wanda takes pride in her Midwestern roots and strong work ethic. Outside of the office, she is a devoted mom to two amazing children and values family just as much as professional excellence.
